Our Team received the 2024 Connecticut Building Congress Project Team Award in the Civic/Large category (First Place) for the Dixwell “Q House” Community Center in New Haven.

In 2023, our Team received an Architecture Award of Merit from AIA New England in the Renovation / Reuse category for DISTRICT New Haven and the AdvanceCT corporate headquarters.

The Dixwell “Q House” Community Center in New Haven received the 2023 Community Impact Award from CREW-CT at the Annual Blue Ribbon Real Estate Awards ceremony.

In 2022, our Team received the First Place Project Team Award in the Large Multi-Family / Residential / Mixed-Use category from Connecticut Building Congress for Phase II of the Rockview Community, part of New Haven's West Rock Redevelopment.

Kenneth Boroson Architects won the AIA-Connecticut 2021 Design Award of Merit in the Adaptive Reuse Category for DISTRICT New Haven.

In 2021, Kenneth Boroson Architects received one of only three Sustainable Architecture Awards from AIA-CT for the design of the 11 Crown Street Development in Meriden, Connecticut.

Our Team received a 2020 Project Team Award of Merit from Connecticut Building Congress for Summer Place Senior Housing in Stamford, Connecticut.

In 2020, the CREW-CT 25th Annual Blue Ribbon Award for Best Specialty Project (Adaptive Reuse) was presented to our Team for DISTRICT New Haven.

The 2011 Inner City/100 Fortune 10,000 Small Business Award was given to Kenneth Boroson Architects recognizing us as one of the top 100 fastest-growing urban businesses in America.
