The shopping center at 95 Amity Road in the Westville section of New Haven was originally constructed in the early 1970s. Kenneth Boroson Architects was contracted to modernize the entry of its well-known anchor tenant, Amity Wine & Spirit Co.

In the first phase, our firm provided conceptual designs of several façade improvement options. It was also determined that replacement of the front entry roof was required. This phase was completed in late 2017.

The second phase, including a new layout to incorporate a tasting room, was completed in 2018.
